Well, one might ask, what else are you supposed to do with a complex of vintage and disused pear packing warehouses and cold storage facilities in sunny Southern Oregon ? Why not do what they did in Hollywood back in the day and turn them into motion picture stages. And that’s exactly what we’ve done. Land Mind’s studio facilities are the conversion and development of 3 large cold storage and pear packing buildings with over 120,000 square feet of available shooting and production space.

Nestled in the heart of the historic downtown fruit-packing district of Medford Oregon, Land Mind’s Studio Facilities offer a host of stage and location options for your film, video or multi-media production. Southern Oregon's rarely used railroad line splits this development providing a great atmosphere for a variety of alternative industrial locations. Our facilities include the following:
